Logically, when we talk about youth crimes every person in this world will either response good or bad reaction towards it. For instance, we can see that youth crimes are spreading swiftly around the world and this problem should be the main concern among the society. Currently these days, children at the age of 6 were already getting themselves involved in such a cruel act. What exactly is the meaning behind the word youth crime? Youth is the period when young people between childhood and adult age is associated with vigor and immature feelings. Meanwhile, crime is an action that although not illegal but it is considered to be outrage and wrong. Juvenile delinquency is the other word that is also famous in describing youth crime. Youth that before this had being involves in many offences should stop doing any offences and take that as a lesson of why in the first time they should not get themselves involve. “In my view the key to preventing crime by the small number of young people who are most likely to get entrenched in crime is to get in early, instil positive attitudes and teach them how to solve their everyday problems in a better way” (Dugan, 2012). Society should start awareness so that we can prevent children at the age of 6 to 12 to involve in juvenile delinquency. Parents should nurture their children in an educated way so they know that actually their parents give them attention and appreciate it. Parents should always listen to their children concerns about how they are doing at school and always check on them if they ever get involve in juvenile delinquency. Moreover, peers also should take part in helping their friend to be a better person not lead them to the wrong lane. This club will prevent them from getting involve in crime and let them know about how bad juvenile delinquency is. This club will also have awareness on youth crime. Bilderaya (2005) found that the main reason for this program is to improve relation between peers and make school a better place to study. There will be a session that involves counselor to give a talk on those who have or had been doing crime for a long period of time. The session will mainly talk about the badness of youth crime, what are the after effects if they are too obsessed in doing offences and let them know that there are people who succeed in their life with the background of a former criminal.
