Did you ever have those days where you are on the road rushing to get somewhere, but the speed limits 25 mile per hour? Isn’t that a pain?! Most people in this world have less patience, and there aren't really anymore slow Sunday drives down through the park. Imagine this scenario, a husband at work just received a phone call saying that his wife is in labor at a hospital about 30 minutes away. His job is near a grammar school with roads that have speed limits of 25 miles per hour. Also main roads, that are only thirty five miles per hour. Can he make it in time to cherish the birth of his child? He rushes in his car but has to obey the speed limit, when he finally reaches the hospital and enters his wife's room, he's too late. So why did man make cars so fast, only to just get an annoying speeding ticket? No. Car companies know that man has a need for speed. They know that drivers want a thrill out of their car. The only thing standing in the way fastness is a boring white sign with black numbers on it, the speed limit. What about airplanes? They don’t abide any speed limit laws. Or cruise ships, or trains. These man made transportation machines are made much faster than cars. People who use this as transportation want to get to their destination as quickly as possible. And usually do. This is another reason, why having speed limits on roads is a waste. And we hardly ever hear of bad accidents that happen, when it comes to these larger means of transportation. In conclusion, everyday drivers lack patience on the road which causes speeding, others become angry on the road which causes speeding, some have places to go and are running late, which causes speeding. Something's going to have to give. The law eventually will have to be lifted. Sometimes obeying the speed limit causes more accidents then disobeying it in the first place. And this is something that man hasn’t tried yet. I feel that this will turn out to be very successful. We never know what might happen in the future, let us look to the future in hope that man will soon let vehicles all over the world drive on roads without any speed limits. It won't hurt to try
