Malcolm X philosophy suits better to address the problems in the black community today. Malcolm X points out many issues that affect the black community today such as, people not being informed enough to understand or try to understand how politics work, or even know how to trust the people that supposedly want to change the community to better when in reality these people just change the community for the worst. In the speech Malcolm X says, “We must, we must understand the politics of our community and we must know what politics is supposed to produce. We must know what part politics play in our lives. And until we become politically mature, we will always be misled, led astray, or deceived or maneuvered into supporting someone politically …show more content…

Malcolm X also points out a very interesting situation that is actually happening in the black community today. He says that when people take out money and spend that money in another community, that community becomes richer while the community in which you live in becomes poorer. This situation leads to fact that the community in which black people live in, it becomes the ghetto, difficult conditions to live in, and it becomes over crowded. However, what catches Malcolm X attention is that people that live in these communities like he said, have the audacity to complain about these situations when is their fault that this has escalated to a point where nobody cares about the black people’s community. Even today this situation happens all the time and nobody wants to help out the community because like Malcolm X said, “We have run out of time”. Malcolm X also points out that the government has already failed us, and it has for a very long time and that instead of singing people need to start swinging as he states. I think that Malcolm X wants the black people to start taking action because, there is no saving us but
