In few ways people are the same, they all share common humanity. People have human bodies and personalities, with thoughts and feelings. Yet in different ways people are totally diverse and unique, no two individuals are really indistinguishable, they can never have the same viewpoints, the same experience of life, and the same personality. Personality is about the diverse methods for being human, how the instinct that people offer shows in different styles of feeling, thinking, and acting. Personality can be thought as the sum total of ways in which an individual behave and collaborate with others. Thinking implies that an individual settles on a choice primarily through rationale. Feeling implies that, as a rule, he or she makes a choice based on emotion (based on what they feel they should do). Last principle is Judging- Perceiving, reflects how an individual actualizes the information he or she prepared. Perceiving implies that a person is slanted to improvise and investigate elective choices. The 16 personality types are ESTJ, ESTP, ESFJ, ESFP, ISTJ, ISTP, ISFJ, ISFP, ENTJ, ENTP, ENFJ, ENFP, INTJ, INTP, INFJ, and INFP. Each personality type can be allocated a four letter acronym of comparing combination of preferences. The first letter in the personality type acronym relates to the first letter of the inclination of general state of mind, "E" for Extraversion and "I" for Introversion. Second letter in the personality type acronym compares to the inclination within the sensing-intuition dimensions, "S" stands for Sensing and "N" for intuition. The third letter in the personality type acronym compares to preference within the thinking-feeling pair: "T" stands for thinking, while "F" stands for feeling. The last and fourth letter in the personality type acronym compares a person's preferences within of the judging-perception pair, "J" for judging and "P" for perception. For example, ESFJ stands for Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, and Judging. INTP stands for Introversion, Intuition, Thinking, and Perception. The five factor model of personality more ordinarily called the Big Five Model, has received secure solid supporting proof. The five basic dimensions underlie all others and envelop a large portion of the significant variety in human personality.
