On 2-16-2016 I was dispatched to a physical domestic in progress at 11836 SE 284th ST, Auburn/King/Wa. Enroute dispatch advised that ten year old, Shaylin Nirschl was calling 911 to report that her cousin, Denisha Nirschl was being assaulted by her boyfriend, Jahmari Simpson. Shaylin had left the residence, where the assault was occurring, and called 911 from a neighbors residence. I arrived at the location with Officer Howard and knocked on the front door. It appeared as if no one was at the residence and no one was answering the front door. Shortly after walking the exterior of the resident checking for occupants, I noticed a girl walking down the driveway. Shaylin stated that she was inside the residence, sitting in her room, when she overheard Jahmari and Denisha in a verbal altercation. Shaylin stated that this happens all the time, but she exited her room to see what was going on. Once she exited her room she saw Jahmari with both hands around Denisha's neck. Shaylin stated that Denisha was bent over and was coughing as Jahmari yelled at her that she was not going to leave the residence. At some point, Denisha was able to break away from Jahmari as he was still attempting to grab her. Jahmari then grabbed a long thin metal pipe and started hitting Denise in the arms and back. According to Shaylin, Denisha ran from the residence and called her friend "CJ". CJ arrived shortly after and Denisha got in his vehicle. Jahmari then emerged from the residence and again started to attack Denisha with the metal pipe. I found the metal pipe lying on the ground near what appeared to be tire marks. I also noticed that there was a large amount of what appeared to be fresh broken glass lying next to the tire marks and metal pipe. Shaylin stated that Denisha quickly took off with CJ and Jahmari ran back

Due to the close proximenity to campus I informed dispatch I would be heading to back WPD Officer Tyler Richards #2506. WPD Officer Tyler Richards #2506 stated he was now at 17th and Oliver and the vehicle was not stopping. I informed WSU dispatch I would be on scene with WPD Officer Tyler Richards #2506. On 02/06/2017 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was assisting Deputy John Arnold on a domestic compalint at 1912 West Taft. I spoke to Shawn Hatfield and Deputy Arnold spoke to the victim Gene Jones who is Shawn's grandfather. Shawn stated he was arguing with Gene about gettigna ride to the gas station. Shawn staed Gene said he would take him to the store and then changed his mind and Shawn became upset. Shawn stated he did go into the shop and tear some stuff up.
Hello, I'm a warehouse tech in McAllen. I'm reaching out for help because of the situation that I am in with Robert Rigno. Forgive me that this email is so long it's hard to fit two days worth of info on one email. I have come to you guys for help in the past. Not sure if anything was done in the past but Robert and I had put that situation behind us. Past situation is currently arising again. He is making the work environment a very uncomfortable place for me. Yesterday he was crossing the line, as far as what he said and did.
