Hi everyone, my English name is Catherine Huang and my Chinese name is Huang Ting-Wei. I was born in New York State because my dad was working at there that time. My birthday is on February 15. My mom always says that I should be born in the Valentine's Day but because she was having dinner with my dad to celebrate the holiday so they tell the doctor they don’t want to have a child that day and that child is me. I don’t like to exercise but sometimes I like to ride a bike and I love to read novels the most. Reading novels is the most important thing in my life. When I was in kindergarten I’m a very bad kid. I think I am a princess and everyone should listen to me. My classmates and teachers do change my life from changing my disposition. They let me learn that I should be respected to all of the people and also be a very kind person. This is only my opinion for friends, maybe different people have different kinds of thought which I can’t clearly tell if it’s correct or incorrect. My first dream is to travel around the world. The first place I will probably start my dream is in Paris. I always want to visit Paris and their culture. I think I might go to different places and work in the hotel there because like this I don’t have to find a house to live in or too worried about how much money can I spend on eating. Of course, it’s zero salary works. For my opinion, experiences are much more important than money. Maybe I will also write books when I travel around the world. Write about different people I met and their stories, about their culture, maybe other things that I can’t imagine now. When I was a young girl in elementary school I developed a friendship with a girl that lived a block from me. We began visiting each other’s homes every day. Having sleep overs, riding the bus together and even sitting with each other during lunch. We developed a friendship that couldn’t be broken. It didn’t matter that I was African American and she was Caucasian her whole family made me feel like I was one of their own. While I didn’t know much about anything and didn’t really know what family meant I learn it from her family. She taught me how to line dance and I learn to love his strange music that was peaceful and full of love called country music. It had a way of making your feel happy when you were down. We formed a bond and became best friends she was the only friend I had and I remember when her other friends came to visit I grew kind of jealous because I thought they would take her away from me and I would be all alone again so I became distant. I remember one of my BFFEL (best friends for eternal life), I think she was the closest to me because we had so much in common. We were both from countries that weren’t the U.S., we had both left our regular lives far away, and we had both been crazy enough to be each other’s best friend. Even though she was from Canada and me from Argentina, and we only had one year together, you could swear that we were friends from a really long time. KayLe was the coolest person to be my friend, not only because she came from a cold place, but because she was always there for me, the whole school year we had together we had fights or I would fight with our friend and she would always be in the middle, but she still talked to me, came to my house, and hung out with me. That taught me how no matter where from people are, they are always my best friend, even after they leave.

There are three types of friends. They are the aquaintinces we make in school, the friends we loose as one grows, and best friends who may stray, but never too far away.
Choosing proper friends is a bit difficult task but not impossible. We should have a group of friends who are disciplined and punctual individuals. This is essential because of the reason that we start becoming like the people we hang out with most. If for example one or two of our close friends are involved in bad habits such as smoking, drinking and taking drugs, sooner or later we will follow suit. This is the reason why it is advisable to make a proper choice when it comes to making friends. True friendship is as a matter of fact a blessing enjoyed by a few. Those who have it should thank God for having true gems in their lives and those who do not have a few good friends should constantly strive for new ways to secure good friends. No company is better than having a friend by your side in times of need. You will remain happy in your one room apartment if you are surrounded by your friends; on the other hand, you cannot find happiness even in your mansion if you are alone.
The purest form of French is spoken there, and although it would be hard for me to understand, I think it would be the most helpful place for a former French students to help sharpen up my language skills. Loire is also a gorgeous city, with tall village-like house and cottages, castles, and hundreds of fields and vineyards to walk through and relax at. I would also like to take a few weeks or months and live in a village in Loire or in an apartment in Paris. In France, it is not very common to own a car. People get around by walking to the local markets in their neighborhoods every day or by a bus. I think that is a nice way to enjoy the view of the city and get some fresh air every day. I would also go to a café every day and eat a bunch of yummy French food like macaroons, baguettes, crepes, croissants, and tartines and eat every single cheese there is in France because I love cheese! I would also like to take the time to walk around different neighborhoods and cities of France each day just to walk on the streets and walk through a park instead of seeing a landmark every day. I like how people in France still take the time to do that, to just walk around and visit a park. Here in the U.S., we only leave our home if we need to be somewhere like work or school. It could be because nobody likes to walk around in the rain, but I personally love it and find it refreshing. I would love to do that in a
