“C’mon, get in the car. I only had a few.” A couple minutes later, there is the sound of tires screeching that filled the street with sound. KA-BANG!! You look over and you see your best friend covered in blood. You then realize you have made the worst decision of your life. Hello, I am here to talk to you about drugs, alcohol, and smoking. It affects your life in a terrible way; more than 443,000 people die a year from smoking. That means one in every five deaths are from smoking and tobacco use. Studies show that in 2014 9,967 human lives were taken because of drunk driving. These habits and decisions could cause your life and somebody else’s. I bet every person who died because of these reasons never dreamed of dying at a young age. One decision could ruin your life. …show more content…

Here are some of my goals. I would like to get a scholarship from some bigger collage like Iowa University, Iowa State, or Wisconsin University. I think it would be very special for my grades or my athleticism to be recognized by that big of a collage. That would mean I would have to work very hard for that in high school. I would have to have a GPA of 3.7 or higher. For sports, I would have to practice as much as possible and work hard. My ultimate goal is to reach the NFL or MLB. That is why I want to go to a collage that I will be able to be recognized by the team scouts. I believe that hard work and determination will get to where I want to be
