With reference to two areas of knowledge discuss the way in which shared knowledge can shape personal knowledge?

There are two different types of knowledge, shared and personal. The thing that distinguishes the two the most, is how ready the majority of people are to accept it. Personal knowledge is driven by opinion and the experiences of that particular individual. It is gained by personal experiences and practice and personal involvement and often depends on the particular local circumstances of that individual, whereas shared knowledge relies on a group of people, it is highly structured and it is a product of more than one individual combined together. One of those individuals was John Maynard Keynes, a British economist whose ideas fundamentally changed shared knowledge of economics, the theory and practice of macroeconomics and the economic policies of governments. Keynes created the Keynesian economics theories and he has shaped everyone's mind in the field of economics. Keynesian economics are theories of how in the short run, and especially during recessions, the economic output is greatly influenced by aggregate demand. As an IB student taking economics, I’ve been taught the Keynesian model and his theories, which have now shaped my personal knowledge. My personal knowledge has been shaped because when my teacher taught me the Keynesian theories, I had to learn and understand them. If the whole world is sharing a single detail about a certain thing, for example, that murder is bad, of course, there will be exceptions, like there will be for anything, however from the moment most people are born, they are taught that murder is bad. Since we are taught certain things from the moment we are born, it is hard for shared knowledge not to affect our personal knowledge, since technically our personal knowledge is taken from that shared knowledge and made personal. Even when individuals disagree with that shared knowledge, it has shaped their personal knowledge anyways, because in a way, deep down, they know how others feel, sometimes causing them to feel anger or guilt.
