The aim of the current study is to find out the effect of personal effectiveness and job satisfaction. It is important for employees in any organization or company to be satisfied about their jobs makes for a good workplace employment with a lot of motivation. Therefore factors can affect the levels of job satisfaction and also affect this is Personal Effectiveness or how effective one feels him/herself to be at the workplace. Thestudies in the review of literature indicates that job satisfaction of employees can improved by personal–efficiency, construct involves multi-dimensionality and conceptualized individuals as being self-regulatory, agentive, self-evaluative and purposeful as well as proactive. Self-effectiveness influences emotional response of individual and also influence increases correspondingly job satisfaction increases is of great interest to individuals in an occupational setting and used in human development resource development, research and practice. When individuals are more competent and confident with their job the great effort and energy is being put by employee in their job related duties, employee are more probable to be satisfied with their job and personal effectiveness lead to employee satisfaction which focuses on all the feelings that an employee has about his/her job. JOB SATISFACTION: According to Nancy C. Morse (1997) definedthat “Satisfaction refers to the level of fulfilment of one’s needs, wants and desire and Satisfaction depends basically upon what an individual wants from the world, and what he gets.” Hoppock (1935) defined job satisfaction as “any combination of psychological, physiological, and environmental circumstances that causes a person truthfully to say- ‘I am satisfied with my... ... middle of paper ... ...xperience and it increases efficiency by adopting new ways of achieving goals when obtaining a new experience. • Creativity: creativity allows finding extraordinary ways to carry out a specific action that no one has tried to use and speed of action is greatly increased when using creative tools. It is requires the ability to generate ideas. • Generating:Generating ideas helpsto achieve goals using new, original, unconventional ideas. It is a mental image of an object formed by the human mind which can be changed before being implemented in the real world by using mental map, materialized, visualized and scrutinized the ideas. These are just some but the most important personal effectiveness skills which make the achievement of any goal easier and less costly.
