How can the concepts in this chapter be applied and implemented in an organization?
The current organization’s framework and hierarchy are designed through simple social and power selection rather than capabilities and knowledge. Such process is non-efficient and decreases productivity. Therefore, through the incorporation and implementation of Person Job Fit, the organization will concentrate on finding an individual whose skills, knowledges, and abilities matches the job position. Consequently, Person Job Fit will efficiently maximize job performance and minimize any controversy.

We want people to be motivated and be satisfied as if they believe in internal locus of control, but understand that they live in an external locus of control environment. I can do as much as you can to be able to be successful in your job assigned but understand that you are limited to that place. With this understanding we will have a better outcome than if they go in with dreams of moving to the top hierarchy.
d) Include a discussion of what you will do to ensure ethical conduct of your employees.
In order to ensure ethical conduct, we would focus on the external locus of control because the leaders would not want the serfs to rise up and rebel. They would be more likely to follow the rules and not do anything unethical. It would be unbeneficial for the serfs to have a strong sense of internal locus of control because they would be more likely to act to improve their status in life.
