Percy Shelley Bysshe chose to go to the University of Oxford. Percy Bysshe Shelley met another freshman. Percy Bysshe Shelley and Thomas Jefferson Hogg both had intellectual discussions do to their great imagination their discussions they spent large amounts of time working and experimenting as well as arguments and discussions. Shelley, while at Oxford, undertook three publishing. Eventually one of these publishing’s led to Percy Bysshe Shelley to become of the students expelled from Oxford University.
