o If I had been the parent, I would not change anything. I feel the parent did a good job interacting with the teacher and giving the teacher a thank you gift.

What challenges do you face? o I would rate my ability to perform a parent conference alone at this point in my career on a scale of 1-3 is a 1 because I am not very confident speaking to the parents and I do not have the much knowledge how a parent conference works. The strengths that I possess are providing the parent a blinder of observation notes as evidences for the parent(s) to see what their child has accomplished or improve and staying focus. The challenges that I might face are the questions that parents are asking and speaking to the parents.
