Introduction
Running a business is not always successful there are so many factors that come into play. There are so many different things that need assistance from your image,finances,employees, and the customers. Did you know that there are also different types of pressures as well. You have organizational pressure and environmental pressure. Organization pressure refers to the external factors inside the company. Environmental pressure is when a company is affected by outside of the company. These can be companies even like Papa John’s.

By 1999, the 2000 th restaurant opened and the company topped $1 billion in systemwide restaurant sales. By 2008, Papa John's topped $1 billion in ecommerce sales and its first $1 million in mobile web orders. By 2010, this exploded to $2 billion in U.S. e-commerce sales. In 2010 Papa John's becomes official pizza sponsor of the NFL. IN 2016 when quarterback Colin Kaepernick started to kneel during the pre-game anthem. HE stated this was a way to protest against racial discrimination and police brutality. From that moment on there were a lot of NFl players that started to kneel during the national anthem. John Schnatter made a statement about the NFL he stated “The NFL has hurt us," company founder and CEO John Schnatter said. "We are disappointed the NFL and its leadership did not resolve this." John Schnatter lost business behind this statement. On November 14th John Schnatter tweeted an apology regarding his earlier in the month statement against the NFL Environmental pressure can be from a simple statement to a movement in society that is happening. John Schnatter risked his business by letting people know how he felt regarding the NFL protests. He even lost money behind his statement even though he apologise that doesn't mean his sales will go back up.
