In the Panyee Football Club movie, the boys show that they learned teamwork, one example of this: is that they build a pitch to play on by working together, another example: implies that they improve on football nicely without a coach and just themselves, and finally: they beat a team that has tons of skill. They started cheering loudly and a villager came out and laughed at them because they had no space. My hobbies include playing socer, spending time with ym friends, music, art, snowboarding, biking, working out and traveling. Six years ago I startedmy love of travel when I had the opportunity to travel on a 16-day European History trip to the countries of England, France, Italy, Switzerland and germany with family and friends. Last summer I traveled to Spain with my school's Spanish club, and in March I went to Mexico. I speak Spanish and plan on continuing my studies at Michigan State University this fall. I find that traveling is so interesting as it gives me the chance to see how others live and experience their culture.

Since a team of professionals with varying expertise can produce solutions that an individual working alone would likely struggle with, it is no wonder teamwork is becoming increasingly valuable to companies across all industries.
Youth Soccer has evolved into a fiercely competitive arena. More and more children are leaving recreational leagues to play in highly competitive select leagues. Select leagues are made up of teams, which players must tryout or be selected to play for. I had the unfortunate task of being an evaluator at such a tryout. Fifty ten-year-old boys had come out for a three day tryout in which forty five of them were placed on three teams. Cuts were made on the field and for those boys who had made a team it was a very exciting, but for the five boys who were cut it was absolutely heartbreaking. Had the children been older they might have been able to deal with the disappointment better, but for most of them it was their first real experience with public "failure". They used small pieces of wood that wasn’t used in the village to make a small floating pitch. It was small slippery and had nails sticking out. Because it was small it gave them very good footwork which helped them get to the semi finals. They also didn’t know if they were good enough to join. But they did it anyway with their awesome skills and great shooting skills the blew passed the first round and made it to the semi finals. This shows that they are creative.
Two teams are on the court racing for the ball. The gym is suffocatingly hot and, the students are flailing their arms in the air. The game is a mix of basketball and soccer. Gym class has begun. Blue and yellow jerseys fly throughout the gym with tiny sixth graders inhabiting them. The Yellow team scores and a player picks up the ball forcefully, ready to score once more . The Blue team runs across the gym back and forth like birds stuck in a cage. As the Yellow team scores the heads of the discouraged Blue team hang in disappointment. . The Perspiration is scattered on the bodies of the lively children. The Yellow team begins running for the ball and now looks like a pack of wild animals hunting their prey. They run fiercely towards their victims, each one aiding the next to achieve one goal, to kill. Wisst the sound of the whistle halts the game. Water drips from the water fountain onto the floor . Mr. Farrey makes a fascinating argument in support of unorganized sport. In today’s society, we pay a lot of attention to unorganized sport, and from this early age kids is open to this form of organization. However, in other countries, organized sports are uncommon, and children study and observe sports through playing sports with their peers. One of soccer’s all-time famous athletes has learnt their craft this way, including Zinedine Zidane, won the World Cup in 1998. He mastered how to play soccer on the ground of his town’s central square, and in his family’s house, not from playing organized sports. In society teamwork is displayed through a workforce where all the members work together to meet the requirements set up for them. An example of this is, at McDonalds, all the crew members and managers work as a team to meet the requirements of the customers. This is the same in co-ed sports, which would develop at a young age and be useful in careers later on in life. An example of this in co-ed sports is, in floor hockey teamwork is required in order for the team to be successful and win the game.
