Hobbling is one of the many cruel things that people do to horses. It is a method that involves tying the horse's legs together, which prevents him or her from running away. Ovidiu Rosu is a veterinarian who is also a member of a non-profit organization called Four Paws International. The organization is located in Letea, Romania.

Ovidiu found a horse that had been tied up. He did not know who owned the horse. He also did not know how long the horse had been tied up. However, Ovidiu knew that he had to free the horse. He called on Four Paws International for help. They gave the horse a tranquilizer and cut the chains from the horse.
