Essential to overcoming adversity is the ability to cause change in yourself and others. In the book, Fablehaven by Brandon Mull, Seth has to learn to be more careful. This helps him to be a hero because he gets less reckless. Ultimately, Brandon mull teaches us that courage can make you do great things no matter what’s in your way. In the beginning, Seth caught a fairy that turned into an imp and went to Muriel to help her.
