On 12/17/2017 at 0143 hours, I, Deputy A. Martinez responded to GREY OWL RUN & OSPREY LAKES CIR in reference to two suspicious individuals walking around the neighborhood, one was reported to have a backpack. Dispatch notified us that the caller was concerned about possible home burglaries that have been occurring around the neighborhood.
When I arrived, I made contact with two individuals who were identified as Joshua Thomas Weed (w/m DOB: 08/15/1996) and Seungkug Shin (w/m DOB: 04/08/1993), who were walking on the sidewalk of Osprey Lakes Cir. I spoke with both Joshua and Seungkug and asked them if they lived in the area. Joshua and Seungkug both stated that they did not live in the area.

I responded to the listed address in reference to a mising person call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Kristin Boutwell over the phone. Boutwell advised that her son's name is Samuel Parker Boutwell. Kristin advised that on this date, his step mother(Jesse Boutwell) took him to school at Charles Henderson High School around 0730 hours. Kristin advised that she hasn’t heard from him and he has not answered anyone phone calls. Kristin advised that she has called Jesse, his father(Mark) and his grandfather(Joe Boutwell) and no one has seen him or heard from him. Kristin did advise that Samuel has a frind named Jacob Spivey that he hangs with who lived somewhere on Deer Field Drive in Troy, Alabama.
In the year of 1999, Jay Wilds was taken in for questioning on behalf of the information he know about Hae Min Lee’s murder. While the police began questioning him and getting answers, a couple did not match previous answers. Once police knew this no major action or step was taken forward after. Jay’s positive image for himself was the loving grandson and lacrosse athlete . All these images of Jay had painted for himself were great. But the infamous image Jay was known for was being the weed supplier. Once being interrogated by officers he began to make lies as to where he had seen Hae’s body. On April 4, 2018 Detectives Napper and Abdalla responded to Anacostia Senior High School and spoke with the Dean of Students Mr. Thomas who advised that after school dismal he Mekhi Hutchinson and Dalonte Jenkins who are Anacostia students were with a third unidentified male who was light complexion wearing a green trench coat. The unidentified male approached a Davon Watts who also attends Anacostia High School. Mr. Thomas and staff members intervened and sent the male on his way along with Mekhi and Dalonte. Mr. Thomas saw the three boys go across the street to 1708 16th Street SE which Mr. Thomas advised is a “trap house” Dalonte and Mekhi then walked towards the bus stop at 16th and Minnesota and back to 1708 16th Street SE. According to Mrs. Loch’s fourth period class, there are many reasons as to why some things were wrong with Robbins Park’s water. The reasoning varies due to many different factors. Physical factors such as weather is a major issue. It’s an issue because it changes, and is not always the most credible data tests. This can affect different chemical factors of the water’s quality such as the pH and turbidity. The turbidity was 5 JTU was clear, but the DO level was 4ppm which is liveable, but very low. Also, the phosphat level was 2.75 ppm which is very high seeing as normal is below 0.03. Biological factors were also a problem because of the organisms living in the pond which were mostly pollution tolerant with limited to none pollution sensitive one. They can show the effects of the poor water quality, and if they are absent they show pollution/unsuitable conditions. The chemical factors can also affect the water quality. When leaves begin decomposing in the pond, phosphates are left behind, which can also be a reason why we found high levels of phosphate in the pond.
Welcome to Lake Martin. Lake Martin is where many people come to spend time with their families and to relax. This lake is known for the Martin Dam and former/current coach's own land or a house on the lake. On the lake you can do many fun things such as spend time on the water and where to eat lunch and dinner after a long day out on the water.

It’s been weeks since Laura Wishart has gone missing. And to this day, no news about her location or any sightings of her has been reported. The search area has already been stretched as far as into the city. But the search teams are slowly losing hope, and so are her family. Not to mention the fact that young men from Corrigan are still being drafted into the Vietnam war, causing great outrage towards the gooks in this town. However, this newspaper believes that this injustice must be corrected. We will not give up, and we think we know who has been responsible for the disappearance of Laura Wishart.
The police had been called to the community of The Retreat at Twin Lakes 402 times for crimes that had been committed including; burglaries, thefts, and a shooting. In September 2011 the residents of the community had established a neighborhood watch. George Zimmerman was selected as their watch commander and he was licensed to carry a firearm. Mr. Zimmerman’s role was driving around the area regularly to watch for any type of suspicious activity and, report it to local law enforcement.

Olmsted had an amazing ideas of what park should look like in the city. When parks are in the city it can improve people well-being, and self-esteem. Olmsted created parks to benefit people but not helping the ecological of nature. Therefore, we are only one that is benefiting from the parks.
