Technology and Organizational Behavior Issues Every organization has internal behavior issues. Some examples include conflicts with employees, team issues, and issues that are within the entire organization. Most of the issues within company stem from a lack of communication. Another reason for the behavior issues within an organization is an incorrect organizational structure and foundation. In order to have successful communication all organizations must have a well-defined communication path to the chain of command within the company. Issues with employees could come from personality conflicts. It could be issues with the chain of command, the employee could be having personal issues, or issues with employees could be because of the
Normally by the time the issue has made it across the entire organization it is really bad. In this case before things get bad management should address issues before they go too far. Management should also have a plan in line for corrective action. Behavior issues throughout the organization could case financial impacts to the overall organization. Behavior issues could also cause employees to not feel safe and leave the company.
In project management the requirements management process is very important. Clear requirements help projects flow smoothly, it helps the project be within budget, it makes sure the project is completed on time, within scope, and with no confusion. Requirements management on projects also ensures everyone knows what they are doing and at what time. This eliminated some of the behavior issues within a project or organization. Some project fail because they do not have clearly defined requirements. There is no two projects that are exactly alike. Therefore each project requires its own special set of requirements. Ultimately it is the projects managers’ role and responsibility to identify all the projects requirements with the help of the project
