While best known for her award – winning show she also had been involved in films, television and plays. She also published her own magazine and most recently partnered with Discovery Communications to launch a cable channel. Now 64, she has a luxurious lifestyle that she could only have dreamed of during her traumatic childhood. Winfrey also has given millions of dollars to charity mostly directed towards three foundations: The Angel network, The Oprah Winfrey Foundation and The Oprah Winfrey operating foundation. She overcame poverty, parental neglect, sexual abuse and racism to become one of the richest and most powerful women in the entertainment industry. Success is not only about earning money but also earning love and respect of the people around you, may be by becoming a source of happiness and light of the people. That is the reason I chose this lady who has lived her life inspiring others and continue to do so. Here I am talking about ‘OPRAH WINFREY’. A very clear vision is the most essential and primary thing required to begin your journey of success. You may have the best resources in the world, best people around to guide but if you don’t know where to go, you will get stuck in this web of life. Secondly it is very evident with all the success stories around that you don’t achieve it by coincidence. One needs to have big goal in life and that fire and passion to succeed for that goal.
