Classical conditioning, operant conditioning are all in daily lives. It is just acknowledging it when it is used, and calling it what it is, which is difficult to determine. Classical conditioning is essential training someone to do a reaction to when you do your reaction first for instance training a dog to when a bell rings, the dog knows that food is coming therefore salivates. Operant conditioning in the example I’m using, is giving a reward for task that is done. Some personal examples of conditioning in my life are with my teacher. But mainly the conditioning that I do is with my dog. Conditioning is something that you surely do in your personal life even if you don’t acknowledge it. Mr. Robison is a unique character, he is currently my economics teacher. He used to leave his door for his classroom open during lunch, so that the seniors could lounge there before his class. Then one day Dom put a black idem on Mr. Robison’s chair. This sparked a reaction in him and made him check his chair daily for items before he sits down. Dom unintentionally conditioned Mr. Robison to check his chair daily for a idem. This would be called classical conditioning. She has been barking recently more than usual. So we bought an anti bark machine. Which conditions the dog in a way that everytime she barks the machine plays a high pitched noise that only the dog can hear. This noise is annoying to her so over time and repetition she will hopefully not bark. I say this because over time she will be conditioned in her mind that if she barks a high pitched annoying pitch will play. We have set up a system to where the dog will now over time understand that barking creates annoying noises and hopefully she will stop. This is classical conditioning because now when she thinks about barking she can only think of the loud high pitched
