Virtual Environment (VE) Wise man say, if you cannot change a man, change the environment around him. Sometimes we cannot change a person to suit our environment that we want but changing the environment around him will possibly lead him to change himself in accordance to the environment. Virtual Environment is simply a program to simulate an environment as if it is real to the user. In the environment of ASD, it not easy to change an autistic child, however we can simulate the environment to accommodate their way of living and make it easier for them to cope with the real life. They also need to know and understand multiple facial expressions by the characters in order to play the game. Serious games are one part of VE but for different purposes. One of the famous games available and suitable for autistic children is called “The Game Book”. It’s about an adventure of a boy name Tobias in a Zoo. The child needs to interact with animal and the real world situations. Further, the child needs to learn 5 different facial expressions depending on the situation and environment in the story. Telerehabilitation is simply providing rehabilitation service using telecommunication technology to reach patience anywhere as long as they are connected to the internet. The service includes assessment, intervention, education and also therapeutic interventions. Telerehabilitation provide a platform to families with autistic children to be able to do rehabilitation or therapy at home without the need to go to school or hospital with minimal cost, time and fastest to get the expert.
