Nyle DiMarco is a Native New Yorker born May,8 1989. He was born into a large multigenerational deaf family.He grew up in Frederick, Maryland with his parents, grandparents, twin brother Nico and older brother Neal. He graduated at Gallaudet University in 2013 with a Degree in Mathematics. After graduating he Acted in the ABC Family Tv show “Switched At Birth” and “Difficult People” Hulu Series and it boosted his popularity. After being seen on tv he started Modeling and then was selected by America's Next Top Model casting team to be on the show. He won the award for America's Next Top Model and was the first deaf person to win the award. The key to unlocking a Deaf child’s future is acquiring language at an early age. Nyle is passionate about language and literacy and advocacy within the Deaf Community. He also the signer and creative collaborator of the ASL App. That is designed to teach deaf people or anyone conversational ASL. Nyle DiMarco is Deaf and uses American Sign Language. American Sign Language requires the use of facial expressions and body movements, his Deafness amplifies his natural talent.
