• Registered Nurse (Ambulatory Oncology) with a current Licence to practice from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Desirable Criteria:
• Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position.

The independent panel members are Clinical Nurse and Clinical Nurse Consultant.
• The panel chair is Nurse Manager, which takes responsibilities for provide leadership to panel members and manages the process so that it is efficient and effective; is responsible for setting up panel meetings, arranging for interviews, contacting applicants, etc.; and is an equal member of the panel.
• The Clinical Nurse and Clinical Nurse Consultant commit the time needed to study applicant materials, fully participate in all meetings and interviews, meet established deadlines, and each are equal members of the panel.
Moreover, each panel member must have completed training in the selection process and selection techniques. Maintaining integrity through the application of the merit principle, equity and consistency in the advancement and selection process.
The panel members have the appropriate skills and experience and abilities required to perform the functions of the position and with the work environment of the position. These members are trained accurately and effectively to understand and follow selection process policies and
