After reviewing the sources that I have gathered in my previous weeks’ assignments, I have noticed an underlying factor between them all. Some of the sources take this factor a completely different direction than what I was originally looking for, but they all have similar sections or quotes that attribute to my own personal questions and possible research topic.
This has been a challenging course overall. However, I feel like I’ve grasped the majority, if not all, the topics we have covered. While I may not be a master on the subject matter, yet, I feel that I am at least meeting the requirements expected for the course. I’ll see if this is reflected when I take the review exam later in the week.

Growing up, like any normal child, I had to follow certain rules set by my parents. Both of my parents are very resourceful and economical, and as a result, food is never wasted in our household. From a young age, my sister and I have been taught to take onto our plates only what we can finish; if we fail to do so, we are scolded without fail with one variation or another of the “think about the poor children in Africa who have nowhere near as much food as you do” lecture. Almost one in six of this group are unaware that they are infected”. Not knowing that you have a HIV is a bad thing because it not good to wait so late to have test done. Some symptoms of the early stage of being infected with HIV are deeply pained headaches, very high fevers a sweating a lot. The sweating and fever could lead to Flu or mononucleosis, which could make the whole infection even worse. Bad thing about this infection the first month or two the symptoms go away after that. For this assignment, I participated in play with my two-year-old niece. Completing this assignment was not difficult for me at all. I have had several experiences with toddlers and adolescents. One reason is that I have worked with two-year-olds over a year during my undergrad career. Therefore, entertaining my niece came quite easy. My dad dropped her off at about 7 am, and I was not quite ready to start the assignment just yet. Once she got in she did began to cry, however, I quickly quiet her down and laid her down to sleep.
