Intentional infliction of pain and suffering of a child is known as child abuse and is treated by society as a serious crime. Child abuse is so bad that children are extremely defenceless. Even so, abuse is thought to be widespread. However, even though strict laws are put against it, it sometimes goes unreported and unpunished. This happens when other adults overlook the evidence or when child victims do not complain because of shame or fear of retaliation. Saying no, may sometimes be good and punishing your child can only make the parent/ guardian feel good. When a parent punishes a child it doesn't necessarily mean the child will change his/her behavior, but it will however, put the child in a shell and the child may continue to do the same thing or something even worse than before. There are more than one way to get rid of a child's behavior, you can talk to them and etc. This source is reliable because it helps me to view the other side and give information on what others may believe child abuse is about and how it should be handled.

In addition, emotional abuse is something can affect someone for a lifetime. If someone was to ask what this article was about i would tell them it's about the different types of child abuse and causes of it. Also about the signs to show a child is being abused.
