Recommended: Interaction of gods and mortals in greek myths

Alcyone what can I say about this guy……...He wanted to be king and he is. I mean seriously the first thing this guy said as soon as the serpent split into 13 different gods and goddesses. Was “I wanna be king.” no one argued for good reason. First of all each of the gods and goddesses had different responsibilities and he was buff and looked super strong with that mean mustache of his I mean seriously that mustache……… anyway ahem back to where I was. Alcyone was the king of the gods he was also responsible for rulers, leaders etc basically anyone that leads people and justice anything related to being a honest person. He was also the god of life opposed to his brother the god of death we will get to him in a couple of chapters. There was something else I wanted to mention. What was it? Moving on, the palace was perfect it had everything you could want from giant popcorn machines to built in disneyland for your family. But things started getting boring I mean there’s only a finite number of times visiting disneyland can be fun soon the kids start to whine and say “it’s boring” or the infamous “I wanna go home.”. So the gods all gathered in the palace meeting hall the windows were painted to show pictures of the Great battle between the lion and the snake basically it was your average medieval castle theme it was crazy at that time. Personally I would have gone with a more modern theme with popcorn machines but whatever. Anyway so the council got together and decided that there life was too boring and they needed something to do. So what did they think of? Can you guess? Well they thought of humans. Yep that’s right we are the gods entertainment
