Recommended: My utopian community

My Utopia will consist of a government called theocracy. I will express on the laws, punishments, and crime. Theocracy is the best fitting government for my Utopia. This type of government is fair and simple. Many of the rules that are I theocracy are already being used today. Theocracy is a system of a government in which the highest priest, or in this case the pope, will be the ruler of the area. I believe that it will be fair because the pope will rule and enforce laws based on what the bible wishes people to do. The pope will put the Ten Commandments as a big part of all the rules. However, Saturday will be like any day because the Sabbath was for the Old Testament only, based on the bible. Anyone can live in my Utopia no matter religion,
