My trip to Adele is a fictional story about three different individuals attempting to go to Adele’s concert in Verona. All three have different reasons for taking this journey, and it is the love of music that drives them all into this one place.

Elias lives in Rome and has lost the love of his life eight years ago. He hopes to find her again since a fortune teller has given him hope that there is a possibility for them to reunite again .

Yaser and Miriam have been married for eight years, but are not getting along very well. They live in Las Vegas. Yaser feels that he has lost his identity since the marriage and is going through a journey of self- discovery.

Nadia is a single mom. She lives in Jordan and is healing from a very bad relationship. Her wish is to take her son, Waleed, to see Adele, his favorite singer. However, there are many complications when it comes to her ex-husband, as he is very possessive and controlling. She has to find the will to fight this conflict and gain enough strength to defend her rights and freedom. I particularly liked this story since it was inspiring to read. …show more content…

The strength and resilience of the female character, Nadia. The ethical and moral questions that arose from reading the book. How the book covered topics such as love, marriage and faith. I also appreciated the style the authors used to narrate the book because it let you into the minds of the characters. In as much I valued the insertions of Adele’s beautiful and deep lyrics into the book and whilst it did add to the characters mood at times I found it to be a bit much and thought that some readers might find it
