My Own Mission And Vision

The most important thing for each person is to have a moral sense especially for educator’s people because they are the one who affect and raise our children and new generation. I believe as a leader every teachers have to set their own mission and vision before they teach because this show how they are going to teach the students. As a matter of fact, it is essential for each school to have her own mission and vision statement. Furthermore, most of the families will check the mission and the vision online before they let their children inter the school because some families are looking for teaching their children religion and values so they would go to a religion privet school to meet their need and other families want their children to be able to work with a divers group and learn from other culture so they would put their children in a public school. Therefore, as educator I have to be abele to write my own mission and vision, so when I go to look for a job I can see which school is good for me and what I can do to increase the knowledge that my students or my staff need. In this paper I am going to write my philosophy in education, my mission and vision, my common core.

My philosophy in education is to try to instill all students with the most essential or basic academic knowledge skills and character development. I believe that as a teacher, it is my duty to embed traditional moral values and virtues such as respect for authority, perseverance, fidelity to duty, consideration for others, and practicality and intellectual knowledge that students need in future.

All in all, creating my mission and vision was very helpful to me because I really need to know as a leader what I can do to serve my community what I can do to make the teachers come to school with passion and students come to school with smile. As an educator it is my duty to provide a safe place for students to learn and a good sources to learn new things that they may need it in future. As a matter of the fact, teaching students by using technology very essential these days because the students are 20% of our generation they will be 100% in future so we have to prepare them. Finally, I honestly believe as a leader to treat others like how I wish they treat them and increasing the values of our religion and family we would have a positive environment.
