Music can influence a lot of people. The dictionary definition of music is
The science or art of ordering tones or sounds in succession, in combination, and in temporal relationships to produce a composition having unity and continuity. There are several different types of music. People listen to different kind of music depending on their mood. It can help take stress away too. My personal definition of music is describing how you feel and putting it into sound.
Some synonyms for music are tune, harmony and melody. There are plenty more but those are the most common ones. An antonym for music would be silence or white noise. The most common music people listen to in this century is Jazz, Rock, Country, Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B and Rap. Rap has changed a lot from what it was back in the days to what it is now. There are also plenty of legends in the musical industry that have passed away and are not here anymore but have left their mark in this world.
Michael Jackson was the king of Hip-hop. He was born August 29, 1958 and he died June 25, 2009. He had a lot of influence on people. His famous song is called “Thriller.” His death was all over CNN and made it worldwide. Tupac Amaru Shakur was the king of Rap. He was born June 16, 1971 and got shot and killed September 13, 1996. His music is still on the top billboards today. He actually rapped about his life and

They want these teenagers to learn from their mistakes and have a better childhood then they did. They don’t want these kids to get into gangs and start doing drugs.
