I remember that at a very young age, I have always been in love with animals. I enjoyed animals of all sorts, rather it been a squirrel playing outside on the lawn, birds chirping outside my bedroom window, or cats and dogs. My family had a dog when I was very young like an infant up to my toddler age named Munchy. Munchy was a mixed breed of Beagle and Terrier and him and I was best friends. We were so close that I was told by my family several times that I one time had a sucker in my mouth and I would let “Munchy” have some as well. It was like him and I was sharing our lunch in a way. Everything that I ate, I would automatically let Munchy have some as well. You can just say that I knew the importance of sharing at a very young age. Then, as I was told, there was a time when I was choking on tree garland during the holiday season at my house when I was still like a toddler and there was no one around me at the time. It was a very scary moment as it was very normal for babies at the time to choke on all sorts of the things and even die from it. Then, it took a good year afterward until my mother finally came to her consensus about letting me get a dog. It took my mom’s co-workers at her school persuade her into letting me have a dog as a reward for doing so well in school all my life and not getting in any trouble. I remember that it was Summer of 2012 and I was so excited to finally have a dog of my own in which my mother and I found for sale online by a person who had Shih-Tzu Poodle mixed puppies on sale. When I first got him, I was thrilled as we just so cute and fluffy! He was chocolate brown colored, with a patch of white on his little beard, we named him Chewy, short for Chewbacca, as he looked just like Chewbacca from Star Wars. It was so
