Diversity can be defined as coming together from different races, nationalities, religions and sexes to form a group, organization or community. A diverse organization is one that values the difference in people. It is one that recognizes that people with different backgrounds, skills and experience which bring fresh ideas and perceptions. Present study, diversity has been sorted with many contexts such as human context, ecological context and politics. On the other hand, diversity as a wide component is a tricky thing to use and understand because it has both negative and positive effects on society such as education. People have to dig deep to figure out what exactly the effect will be in the end and be patient to wait and see. According to Thomas Berry, “diversity is the magic. It is the first manifestation, the first beginning of the differentiation of a thing and of simple identity. The greater the diversity, the greater the perfection.” Harmony within diversity must be nurtured and cherished by this multicultural society to form a better environment for enriched our lives.
