The primary objective of this paper is to investigate the influence multi-cultural experiences has on the creativity performance of students. This research is conducted on the bases of the significant importance of creativity encouragement in a school environment. According to the UNESCO, “the encouragement of creativity from an early age is one of the best guarantees of growth in a healthy environment of self-esteem and mutual respect.” For the benefit of societies, authorities and individuals must be aware of the creative potential every human being holds. The hypothesis on which this master paper is founded advocates that cultural diversity in the classroom encourages the creative abilities of students. Encountering a multi-cultural experience triggers critical thinking, for being introduced to various cultures, different people enable the individual to learn new things. People have different believes, they do similar things in different ways, they have different customs and traditions, ultimately people’s perception of the world differ from a culture to another. This cultural exchange taking place in culturally diversified environment inspire people to think differently, may be invent new ways of investing their money or a new approach in their relationships, etc. these claims are explored in this paper through a review of the history of creativity where a discussion on how everyday creativity was not even recognized. Then, an examination of two type of creativity took place, identifying big-c creativity or eminent creativity and little-c creativity or everyday creativity.
