Many celebrities overcome impediments by experiencing critical moments in their life to achieve fame. Becoming famous is more than just making money and being admired by millions of fans. It is much more complicating than it seems. Some of the most greatest and creative innovators such as Walt Disney founder and creator of Disneyland, dealt with facing hardship in his career. Experiencing challenging moments was a motivation for Walt to keep pursuing his goal. Walt had become mesmerized by movies and interested by how delighted the audiences were. He would join the Pfeiffer’s in impromptu performances and later took this act and enrolled in the talent contest at the Agnes theater in Marceline. After this, the Disney's moved back to Chicago and left Walt in Kansas city to finish eighth grade. When school finally ended Walt got a job selling candy on the Santa Fe railroad route between Kansas city and Chicago. (Quinn, Reese) He enjoyed his experience on the train so much that, he would pay the engineer into letting him sit in the coal car. During Walt’s lifetime,He worked different jobs one as a factory worker for his dad’s Jelly Factory and the other as a mail sorter at the Post Office.While working different jobs he saved up money and bought a camera to pursue his dreams in motion pictures. There was a time where Walt wanted to enlist in the Navy to help his brother Roy, but he was too young so, he dropped out of high school and joined the Red cross corp to become an ambulance driver. Walt did not take this job seriously because he wanted to continue pursuing his dream by painting pictures, drawing cartoons and making movies.
