The moral values and ethical codes that guide our choice in our ordinary world, if anything, even more, important to help us navigate the confusing and disorienting time of chaos. Moreover, As the corruption of moral can lead to chaos, the path to regaining moral can lead to order and balance. In many instances, when exposed to flaw or fear, it is natural for the persona to be disturbed which opens a path to embark on a journey to self-reflect. When one’s persona is agitated it serves as the foundation for personal growth. In society, during World War 1 the world fall in fear and chaos due to flaws like blindness through greed and revenge. The classic novel Dracula, by Bram Stocker, is an example of a transcendent hero Harker a lawyer who embarks on a journey to Dracula Castle in Transylvania to sell him a house in London. Harker ignores all warnings and reaches Dracula castle where he is held captive beyond his will and then after the three wives of Dracula torture Harker in the castle. Harker escapes soon after Dracula leaves to London and then marries Mina. But, soon after Dracula fall in love with Mina and converts her to a half-vampire. Thereafter, Harker journey begins to kill Dracula and save his wife from the curse. The idea of Passing through the threshold, the ordeal and returning with the elixir is also supported in the Canadian novel Fifth Business by Robertson Davies. This story, while does not have a monster to slay like Dracula. but is rather the conflict of the transcendent hero Dunstan to forgive himself for dodging a stone filled snowball which hits Mrs. Dumpster losing her sanity.
