An analysis of Michel Foucault’s theory on Panoptic techniques in the workplace, can be heavily related to the surveillance mechanisms of CCTV and the desired outcome of what these surveillance mechanisms seek to achieve. The Panoptic technique seeks to draw attention to the use of surveillance to bring attention to anti-social behaviours of people in society.
