No pill will make the obstacles of life go away. Nor will a pill teach you how to focus on your posture, or give you an extra hour in the day just to breathe. If you find yourself neglecting these simple attributes of life, chances are, you MAY suffer from depression of some sort. I personally can relate to being depressed. In today's world stressors are all around us and kick in when we least expected or without us even noticing, and they don’t let up in the timing they we need them to. I have the stress of my job, my family and friends, and myself.

As mentioned before, a better portion of the world suffers from depression. Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of hopelessness, sadness, and loss of interest. Depression can affect how you feel, behave, and think. It can lead to a variety of physical problems. Massage therapy can not only help reduce, if not eliminate the use of drugs that are not needed. It can put you on the road to wellness. Massage therapy has proven to be an effective part of you holistic approach to your depression.

It can be most effective when used in combination with counseling, diet, exercise, along with other care.
