To most people in the United States shopping is a way to relax and forget stressful situations. One way to shop is by going to the mall and site-seeing, walking, and talking. Mall of America is the largest mall in the United States. It opened its doors in the year 1992 and its executive vice president is Maureen Cahill. The case study was about how the mall has a variety of stores , space, entertainment, and its attraction mechanism to attract people. The Mall of America has a difficult task when it comes to attracting both local and visitors. The one thing that they do now is having the theme park, aquarium, cinema, and comedians. Many states have certain things at the heart of the city because of what is popular to the people. In Pennsylvania, we have various stores that are our necessity and is in our convenient locations. We have Walmart’s, target , sonic, seven-eleven’s, and Wawa’s. These stores are very important to our community and they get a lot of business.On the other hand, in New York City they do not have any Wawa’s stores. There is a Walmart but about 30 minutes away . With that said, The best strategy for them to decide is to see what attracts the locals and bringing that to their convenience. In order for the mall to advertise online they will need to use social media to their advantage. They will need to use strategies like coupons, discounts, and weekly giveaway. They can advertise on Facebook or twitter to attract in a radius that will give not only locals but people out of state. In certain stores they over weekly specials or discounts that allow customers to buy the items at a very low price.This could be a good way for them to do that since they have so many retail stores, specialty stores, apparel stores, and shoe
