1) ‘Life was not meant to be easy’ – Malcolm Fraser. Comment on whether you think this statement is true? What do you think? Explain your reasons.
I agree with Malcom Fraser life was not meant to be easy, because if it was, we wouldn’t learn anything from mistakes, and there wouldn’t be a point in trying anything, or experiencing anything especially if most things were just spoon feed to us. The reason there are challenges in life is so that we can experience things and feel a sense of accomplishment when overcame. And there is a quote “life was not meant for the weak only the strong” and another quote “The weak fall, but the strong will remain and never go under” written by Anne Frank these quotes show that life has struggles and challenges, and people overcoming them makes them stronger; if everything was easy then we would all be weak.

As a school community of C.T.H.S one of our biggest challenges is the growing population of the school that is over 2000 students ad seems to be growing every year. This is a challenge because more students require more teachers and classrooms and equipment which all cost money. Also it is harder to maintain and control a large mass of children.
5) As a nation, what do you think is one of the most important challenges we need to face in the immediate future? Explain.
Australia is facing a large challenge at the moment of the loss of jobs. Because this world and Australia included, heavily relies on technology therefore jobs are limited meaning more people are becoming homeless. This is bad for the people who are old and losing their jobs, because it is harder to get a job when you are older (before retirement age).
