People tend to go with the flow they tend to do what society thinks that they should do. People are controlled by society in fear that if they don’t they will be rejected and nobody wants to feel like the entire world is criticizing their every move. In the book Lord of the Flies Ralph tries to recreate society and what is socially acceptable, but with the human nature comes animal like behavior which is what happens to them. People tend to be more controlled by society rather than the people controlling who faces society, in fact more women and men are changing who they are rather than accepting it. In the book Lord of the flies instead of controlling the society that they created is starting to backfire on them all because people stopped listening to what was going on around them they became animalistic. Ralph tried to maintain the order and the peace but because of Jack always criticizing Ralph he lost confidence in himself and that created chaos. The boys don't know who to side with at the end of the day because of the peer pressure Jack has over them. To a girl society is a cruel word to think about because of the idea we should be the ‘ideal’ people or barbie dolls.
