Throughout the characters that we have met, there was a lot of characters that have been through a good vs evil phase. Most of them have started with a positive note but ended with a negative outcome. In the book, “Lord of the Flies”, we were introduced to a intense character named Jack. Ralph was chosen to be leader of all of the boys. His leadership skills has grew to a constructive path bur Jack wanted to overrule him and have full power.Ralph had suitable intentions for the boys on the island who had lack of survival skills. Jack was thirsty for Ralph’s power and was uninvolving in Ralph’s rules so he chose to make his own rules and go against the leader. The island was divided, controlled by two opposite leaders, this was a war of disagreement. …show more content…

Although the book “Othello” was a love story it was also full of conflict between two characters. Othello and Iago are completely different in many ways. Othello has a big heart with a substantial leadership skills. He has much love for his wife, Desdemona (quote showing his love for her) Othello is head over heels for his beautiful wife. Iago is a conniving character who is cold hearted and will do anything to have the power Othello holds in his vigorous hands. Iago came up with a devious scheme to get in between Othello’s happiness and overrule his power as general. Iago plots to manipulate Othello into demoting Cassio, and thereafter to bring about the downfall of Othello himself. He has an ally, Roderigo, who assists him in his plans in the mistaken belief that after Othello is gone, Iago will help Roderigo earn the affection of Othello's wife, Desdemona. The outcome of this was beyond treacherous, Iago’s plan ended up mentally hurting Othello and he ended up killing his beloved wife. Evil actions has overcame the good heart in this
