Each individual employee is carrying a different type of pizza, and they walk around to each table to see if they would like the pizza they were currently serving. When they are done walking around serving the pizza, they go and put it on the buffet bar for people to come and get. From there, the employee will go back to the kitchen and get a fresh pizza and start the process over again.
