A museum is a place where we can learn the different cultures like Native American traditions and mysteries of Maya cultural; appreciate author’s hard works also internally connected and communicate to the arts in a form of its value and story. One of the most crucial issues the museum is facing today is the lack of funding which can be both direct and indirectly cause many consequences to the society; For example, lack of government support; increasing in technology and the difference between museum’s revenue and costs. Also, the decreasing in government support budgets leads to decline in the great museums and benefits cut to the employers to shrink the museum’s expense so it can stay open to the public. Even though museums are a unique and meaningful component of the education system, where visitors can get many new messages when they are visiting the museum, but there are still lots of people think the government shouldn’t be contributing too much money into the museum when its necessary. Without the museums, our new generations will have fewer opportunities to learn many interesting historical displays and unique values of different arts that were provided by these museums; many great arts will no longer be available to the public, which is not fair to the artists and the people who want to appreciate and discover. One of the most recent news that was published in March 2017 which about President Trump is planning on cutting the funding to the museums, libraries, and artists and increase budgets spending on other government agencies like NASA and Environmental protection Agency. Many people, including CEO of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, said that these institutions are meaningful in early childhood education and many other important purposes that government should not be eliminated the funding to museums and libraries. However, this policy is still waiting on to be approved by the Congress to act.
