Kurt Vonnegut was born on November 11, 1922. Kurt was born into a very nice normal family. Kurt’s father was a great architect in their city. His mothers name was Edith, her father owned a very blessed Indianapolis brewer. This is where they are from.
Kurt’s family was hurt very badly from the depression. His father slowly saw his business fail. They had to sell their home and they had to take Kurt out of the Orchard School. This is where he met his lover Jane Cox. He had to go to a public school after this had happened. He was the first of his siblings to attend a public school. All the rest of the older children went to private schools.
When he went to this school he starting writing in the school paper. He earned some great experience doing this. He continued to write this paper all threw school. When he graduated Shortridge High he advanced on to a collage named Cornell. When he was at this collage he studied biology and chemistry. In future when he was talking about his studies and his attitude towards school. He said that he was a lazy and not a good student.

In Cat's Cradle, Vonnegut does not tie his co-mingled plots into easy to digest bites as the short chapter structure of his story implies. Rather, he implores his reader to resolve the paradoxes and ironies of Cat's Cradle by simply allowing them to exist. By drawing our attention to the paradoxical nature of life, Vonnegut releases the reader from the necessity of creating meaning into a realm of infinite possibility. It appears that Vonnegut sees the impulse toward making a better world as fundamental to the human spirit; that when the obstacle of meaning is removed the reader, he supposes, will naturally improve the world.
