Since the premier of this show in 2007, people have always followed it and made it part of their life. Many of the events and characters are manipulated to give the audience the intended message and not the real message. Manipulation is the order of the day in these shows. I remember watching Keeping up with the Kardashians the year Bruce Jenner came out the closet as a transgender.
