When thinking of Bon Jovi might think that they’d be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, but you’d be surprised to know that the are not in fact in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Bon Jovi should be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame because of the historical background of the group, of the award winning songs that they’ve wrote, and how they influenced other musicians. The historical background of how Bon Jovi became what they are today is quite a unique. Throughout their entire career Bon Jovi has sold over 120 million copies worldwide ("AllMusic Bon Jovi Biography."). Normally you’d think of Bon Jovi as a rock group, but in fact they have also made some other genres, one of them being country music ("AllMusic Bon Jovi Biography."). Jon Bon Jovi, the lead singer, himself made adequate impressions on multiple musicians, one of the main musicians being Richie Sambora. Richie like typed earlier had been good friends with Jon for a long time and thought that they’d be good friends for a while, but later on they did fall apart("Bon Jovi: America's Ultimate Band."). Bon Jovi, back to the band, had also lots of influences on worldwide bands with them traveling to go perform in front of thousands of people and to get their show started, Bon Jovi had lower bands that they thought needed a chance be the opening band for the concert. The main reason for that being that Bon Jovi gave unknown bands a chance to take the spotlight (“Bon Jovi”).
