A collateral interview was conducted with Mr. Jerry Katzoff, paternal grandfather. Mr. Katzoff reported that there are no biologically related family members who have substance use of psychiatric issues. He indicated that his son has never had these issues. He indicated that no one has ever raised concern regarding his son’s use of alcohol. Mr. Katzoff stated that his son does drink at times when they play golf together.

The paternal grandfather discussed the living pattern which they had with Stuart. He indicated, when his son was single, they had a key to his apartment. The paternal grandfather stated that he and his wife also had a key to the apartment with Danielle. He indicated that they did not go over unannounced.

Katzoff stated that Stuart verbalizes his concerns regarding the mother’s ability to make medical decisions. He indicated that his son thinks that the mother is quick to take the child to doctors. Mr. Katzoff stated that his son is concerned that the mother takes the child to the doctor without him.

The paternal grandfather stated that Hudson loves animals, they have animals at their pace in Pennsylvania. He indicated that Stuart brings Hudson to their home one weekend a month.

The paternal grandfather stated that Hudson is a child who does things in his own pace. He indicated that the mother hired a sleep specialist, who locked the child in his room with a fence and he was not allowed to leave the room unless the light was green. The paternal grandfather stated that Stuart went along with this. Hudson was traumatized by this.

When discussing the child’s sleep pattern with his father, it is reported that they start out the night with the child going his to bed with his father. He indicated that Stuart doesn’t mind the child sleeping with him. He indicated that his son doesn’t have much time with the child. The paternal grandfather stated that Stuart does encourage the child to sleep by himself.

The child doesn’t express fearfulness of sleeping in his own bed.

Stuart is not concerned about Hudson. He doesn’t report any difficulties with the
