Jada's Response Author Dan Brennan, writes about exercise benefits and how teens can start this healthy routine, he also quotes that no matter , "no matter a persons shape or age, one should exercise daily" (2). As many authors have written articles about how you can have a better lifestyle and exercise even when you feel like you have no time. Fitness during your teen years has so much importance on your life! Fitness can have an affect on your look, fitness can also affect your behavior, it can also have an impact on your health and medical problems. Starting with, " Increased relaxation, a better mood, better sleep and a stronger immune function and more"(2). As one can see, exercise comes out as a benefit for your mood and how you are on a daily basis and improves your thinking but above all else it gets your body fit! Furthermore, teens that exercise are less likely to cause other teens problems due to their happiness and, they'll have more friends also. Proof of this is, in the article, "Why exercise may do a teenage mind good," author Patti Neighmond, compares and explains how teens who exercise are much more different (in a better way) rather than those who don't exercise. by stating, " they were simply happier, less likely to engage in bad behavior, all these negative behaviors were lower among those who exercised"(7). This shows that they were more happy and less likely to cause problematic behavior. Accordingly, this shows how teens confidence is heightened and they are more grounded when they exercise often.
