A good leader is a person who is confident and intelligent that is responsible for leading, commanding and organizing people. These are characteristics of a good leader, and in “Lord of the Flies” by William Golding covers those characteristics with different characters with a flaw that makes those good characteristics to not stand out. Jack Merridew has a dictatorship, Piggy lacks on gaining respect, and Ralph fails to control the littluns. Which makes them unable to become a good leader.
