1.0 Introduction

There are many meaning for the word “psychology”which literally means according to Wikipedia is study of the soul and in Latin the words psychologia was firstly used by the Croatian humanist and Latinist Marko Marulić in his book, “Psichiologia de rationeanimae humanae” somewhere late 15th century or early 16th century. The work psychology in English was by Steven Blankaart in 1694 which in Physical Dictonary is refer to as “Anatomy” treatment for the body and “Psychology” treatment for the soul. Did you know that the study of psychology is since the ancient civilizations of Egypt, Greece, China, India, and Persia. According to history Greek philosophers like Thales, Plato, and Aristotle write about working of the mind in writtings. According to Greek physician theory psychology is more of a mental disorder.

Psychology is study of mental function and behaviors and usually done by those people with knowledge as it need discipline and academic to be able to understand. Psychologists is and individual that has the needs as a therapist and are able to understand individual needs, sometimes they are also call the social, behavioral, or cognitive scientist.Psychologists try to understand the function of human brain in terms of social behavior and also the biological process or behavior will be explore by them. It is not easy being them as they have to learn the concept of brain, personality behavior, emotion which include understanding the reasons behind the behavior for example; family history, psychological history and other areas which are important for them to understand their patient, sometimes they believe that whenever this is happening, most patient are under unconscious mind which make them don’t know ...

Psychologists that uses this type of research methods involved in a very scientific tools to investigate human behavior. Experimentation methods is using the basic standard compare to other techniques. The essential in conducting an experiment psychology involve randomly assigning participants to groups, defining variables, develop hypothesis, manipulate the independent variables and measuring the depending variables.
